Surrey, South Surrey, White Rock… Where?

Many people are unsure of where the South Surrey area is. This is because South Surrey is much closer to White Rock instead of the actual central Surrey.

Let us take a look at the South Surrey map below.

 

The South Surrey area consist of a couple sub areas, today our team will be sharing one of our favourites — the Grandview Heights, located on the east side of South Surrey.

In the past 10 years, Grandview Heights have rapidly developed into a desirable residential area. Tons of new developments were planned ranging from single homes, townhomes and apartments.
